2. Proprietary Code Rights

Custom applications developed under the **AlienApps.Monster** division remain the intellectual property of Traffik Monster until all project delivery and transfer agreements are signed and paid in full.

3. Limit of Liability

We build robust error handling logs, but we are not liable for third-party API deprecations or temporary connection glitches from external SaaS platforms (like Google Business Profile, Resend, or Twilio).
